About

My name is Sarah, and I am a therapist and clinical psychologist based in Brisbane, Australia. I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents (16 years and over) at my office in Spring Hill and via telehealth.

My therapeutic style is informed by relational psychodynamic theory (if you’re unsure what this means, you can read more here). I typically work with people who are wanting to deepen their understanding of themselves, and live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. I also work with individuals with eating disorders and believe that difficulties with eating, weight, and shape are most often a reflection of deeper unresolved concerns that need to be addressed.

As a therapist, I am a warm, thoughtful listener who shares insights and observations in a relaxed and supportive environment where there is room for authenticity and humour.
