I offer appointments Monday 10am-5pm, Tuesday 7am-2pm, Wednesday 8am-3pm, and Thursday 7am-2pm.
I offer clients an ongoing regular spot in my calendar (e.g., weekly on Mondays at 10am). As such, I am only able to offer you an appointment after I complete therapy with a current client. This means that I cannot guarantee a specific wait time for appointments, and my ability to offer you an appointment will be reduced if your availability is limited. I do not offer monthly or ad hoc therapy appointments for new clients. -
If you are interested in booking an appointment for therapy with me, please complete this form. I will contact you acknowledging I have received your enquiry and indicate what I can offer based on your answers.
-
You do not need a referral or formal diagnosis to attend therapy. Self-referrals are welcome – simply fill in the new client booking form to book an initial consultation.

You may be able to access Medicare rebates of $137.05 per session if you are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan (up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year) or Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (up to 40 rebated sessions over 12 months). If you have reached your Medicare Safety Net threshold, your rebate will be higher.
If you wish to access Medicare rebates for treatment, you will need to be referred by your GP or psychiatrist. -
Rebates available are dependent on individual cover. Please contact your health insurance provider to obtain a quote. You can claim directly with your insurer after your session, following payment of your session. You are unable to use your private health insurance if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session.

I am not available to provide services under other third-party providers such as Work Cover and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

I offer sessions on a twice-weekly, weekly, or fortnightly basis, and will offer you a regular ongoing appointment time that is reserved specifically for you on a long-term basis to ensure consistency in your treatment (e.g., a weekly session occurring on the same day at the same time each week). As such, a cancellation fee equal to the session fee will be charged for cancellations or non-attendance with less than 7 days notice. Cancellation charges will automatically be deducted from the credit card that you have authorised on file. Medicare rebates are not accessible for cancelled or missed sessions.
For added convenience, I provide the following:Appointments via Zoom or telephone if you are unable to make it into the office (e.g., due to travel or illness).
You may request to move your appointment around within the same calendar week. If we are unable to find a mutually suitable time, you will be charged the cancellation fee as stated above.
You will never lose your ongoing appointment time due to missed or cancelled sessions.
Cancellation fees do not apply if you are in hospital for any reason.
